    - Aiming for one in April
    - Need content – Trinity Site
    - Contact Gene with anything you want to add
    - Convention Materials – Gene wants to coordinate with Dee to work on materials to have ready

  - New draft flyers available (look great!) – comments and other ideas welcome

List of props for Cons in process – looking for additional props
- Report from Conn – Jared is ready to drive to Trinity next week if needed

  - MS Walk on 4/15
    - No limit to team membership
    - Event posted to FB; please respond to event if you are going so Christine knows how many to expect
  - Poll to be posted offering dates for CPR training

  - Trinity trip on 4/1/23
    - Respond on FB so we know how many/who’s going
    - Meet at National Atomic Museum for carpooling at 6:45am, to leave by 7:00am
    - Scheduled as a day trip; we will not stay overnight
  - Eclipse – Total Solar Eclipse – October 14^th (9:13 am -12:09 pm)
    - This is the last Saturday of Balloon Fiesta
    - Troy will call the UNM Observatory to see what they’re planning to do
    - Laurie offered to host a get together at her house if we’d rather do a ship-only event
    - Need to decide what to do at next meeting so we can invite the Region, or anyone else that might be interested
  - Upcoming Conventions
    - Duke City Comic Con (June 16-18) – we’re on the list for table
    - Bubonicon (August 25-27) – Troy and Laurie will email to reserve spaces for Anniversary party and Trek Panel
    - NM Comic & Film Expo (August 11-13) – Earl will get in touch with this group (has had previous experience with them)

    - Could do walk/adoption events

  - Marsha will link up with Virginia to talk about Wilderwood

    - Will probably be June 3^rd or 10^th; either is good on Ship’s schedule

New Business
- Handbook Additions
  - Laurie’s been updating the language in the Rank section to include the process for transfer members
  - Laurie will post the most recently approved version of the Handbook with those changes marked so everyone can read/review them
  - Changes should be voted on at next meeting
- Promotion Record-Keeping Changes
  - Laurie has been using a paper format to track promotions
  - Will begin using an electronic version – Excel
  - Laurie will post the spreadsheet regularly (every 2-3 months) so that people can review their points and see how close they are
- Dave’s Memorial Service
  - This Friday 5:30-8pm (or later)
  - 5:30-6:30pm – Zia Gun Range – Contact Scott Madison (can be done through FB) if you’re planning to go
  - 6:30-7:30pm – meet at Park – Laurie will say a few words and everyone else is invited to also
  - 7:30-? – Scott is opening his home to everyone to toast Dave
- Finances
  - Ship has $20 in account
  - Laurie’s thinking about spending some for snacks/treats at ship meetings
  - Will revisit this issue next meeting
